06- Is my dedicated server Managed?

All our dedicated servers comes standard un-managed. With a self-managment service, meaning no "Please do" and "How to" support tickets.  We guarantee 100% uptime as well as we will replace any failed components, reboot servers, maintain the network and keep the lights on, but we won’t support any scripts/software or install any special mods for you.

Its part of your responsibility to install security patches, Fix any OS weird error messages and you’re responsible for installing everything but the OS.

Its also your responsibility to take full backup of your important data.

A managed service addon option to upgrade is available on all our dedicated servers plans which will cover all "Please do" & "How to" support tickets as well as perform tasks that doesnt exceed 4 hours monthly. On Big scale projects, our team will quote it in advance for you and will wait for your confirmation prior starting.
