If for any reason you can't connect to your vps, Please follow these steps to get it back up and running.
1- Log to your client area, using your email address and your password
2- Once you are logged, go to "My Services" in the right menu.
3- Once you are in "My Services" page, click on the details icon as shown in the picture
4- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you Shall see the vps control panel, that should look like this
In this Figure, it should show you all vps information and Stats and all information
To Restart it , Click on "Reset" as shown in the picture
5- Once You click on "Reset" Button, You should be prompt with a confirmation Windows to proceed, Click "OK"
6- Once you confirmed Step 5, Please Allow 2-3 Minutes for the vps to shutdown, then restart and start getting an internet connection
At this Point, you wont be able to connect to your vps, Simply keep refreshing this page from your browser.
***** Your Will Also Notice, that the "Guest OS" and "IP Address" Field are both Empty, Keep refreshing the page
7- Keep refreshing your browser, Until You see the "IP Address" Field start to be filled with your own IP.
Once Your IP Address: start showing up again, you can at this point start connecting to your VPS, Same as shown in picture, however we recommended until both IP Address and Guest OS shown (Like STEP 8)
8- Once your VPS is UP, You should see both "IP ADDRESS" and "Guest OS" listed , same like the shown picture.
And thats means your vps is Up and Ready
