Before you can proceed with upgrading/downgrading your dedicated server, you will need to make sure of the following:
1- Your current dedicated server will expire within 7 days of your upgrade request. Please note: you will not be able to initiate the upgrade process if your are not within the last 7 days before it expires.
2- You have taken a full backup of your files as we will need to terminate the current dedicated server in order to upgrade it
If the above conditions have been met, please follow these steps to place the upgrade process:
Login to your "Client Area" > "My services" > View details and place an upgrade/downgrade request.
