06- My service is suspended for abuse how can I solve this ?

We forward any abuse claims we receive from either our datacenter, 3rd party or both to our client to fix within 24 hours. If the client responded back within this time frame the service wont be interrupted and we will follow up with our client to make sure this is permantly fixed before close the abuse case.

If the client failed to respond within 24 hours given in the abuse claim, our system will automaticly suspend the service to avoid any future abuse as the case was never solved.

If your service was suspended for this reason, we advise you to respond back to the open case immediatly and request to have the service unsuspend to fix it, You will need to make sure you have it fixed before requesting or advising that this abuse releated issue is fixed, several repeated abuse claims for an unfixed cases will result in permant suspension or termination of the service.
