To transfer a domain account, you will need 3 things to complete this process:
1- You will need to unlock the domain by logging into the client area > My Domains > Domain Management and choose "Unlock".
2- You will need the EPP Code to proceed. This code can be obtain from Client area > My Domains > Domain Management and click on "EPP Code".
3- Once you completed the first 2 steps, you can initiate the transfer. You will receive a confirmation email (same email on the domain profile) with a confirmation link. Once the link is confirmed the process will automatically start.
Domain transfer takes between 3-7 business days to process.
